Working collaboratively, Lincoln and Delfield crafted high-capacity hot sandwich work stations, sharing resources, information and designs to deliver the integrated solution nearly as fast as drive through service.

The Delfield refrigerated work station puts ingredients within reach of a single employee. A Lincoln Dual Technology Finisher quickly heats and toasts sandwiches with impingement and infrared cooking. The process is completed in under 90 seconds, exceeding rigorous drive thru expectations.
