Cleveland, Ohio - August 29, 2011 -Manitowoc Foodservice has recently modernized its culinary center in Cleveland, Ohio to accommodate more high-tech customer meetings, culinary demonstrations, and hands-on training.
The facility upgrades include a complete floor-to-ceiling remodeling of the demonstration kitchen and separate meeting room with state-of-the-art audio/visual system.
The demonstration kitchen showcases a complete range of Manitowoc Foodservice commercial equipment including: Frymaster Footprint Pro H55 fryer; Lincoln CTI conveyor oven; Merrychef e2 and e4 speed ovens; Garland convection oven and induction cooktops; Delfield Versa Drawer; Jackson under counter dishwasher; Convochill under counter blast chiller; Varimixer 20- and 5- quart Teddy mixers, in addition to Cleveland's own steamers, combi, kettles, and tilt skillets.
The kitchen also has expanded storage space with a new 11-foot x 37-foot Kolpak walk-in unit featuring EverClean stainless exterior, diamond plated floor, and high efficiency LED lighting. This outdoor connected unit has 20 feet of dry storage, 10 feet of cold storage and 8 feet of freezer space.
