Garland Canada announces the appointment of Mary Chiarot to Vice President and General Manager for Garland Canada

Mississauga, Canada - September 19, 2011 - Garland Canada announces the appointment of Mary Chiarot as Vice President and General Manager. In her new role, Chiarot will have overall responsibility for Garland Canada distribution.

Chiarot has many years of experience in sales, marketing and strategic planning. Previously, Chiarot served as the vice president of marketing with the Garland Group. Prior to joining Manitowoc, she held a variety of leadership roles with Whirlpool Canada and General Electric Canada. Chiarot holds a Honors Bachelor of Applied Science Degree and major in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph, Ontario Canada.
