Lincoln introduces new Dual Voltage Digital Countertop Impinger® Electric Oven
New Port Richey, FL – Lincoln, a leading Welbilt brand of commercial cooking equipment, introduces the new Lincoln Dual Voltage Digital CounterTop Impingement (DCTI) oven. This ‘plug and play’ model will automatically convert the voltage to your kitchen’s needs – taking the guesswork out of ordering so you can start cooking straightaway.
Super simple to set up, this latest model uses Air Impingement to deliver superior crisping and browning for the most delicious results. Hot air under pressure surrounds food with small jets of hot air. The result? Rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping of foods – up to four times faster than a conventional oven!
Lincoln’s new DCTI oven takes care of multiple menu items in one go thanks to uniform heating and cooking of food products. This offers a wide tolerance for rapid baking at a variety of temperatures. The continuous cook platform moves product through the oven one after another at a constant speed, improving product flow during cooking and reducing labor. Conveyorized product movement helps automate busy kitchens and is a definite advantage over batch type ovens, as it eliminates the need for constant tending.
Bringing quality and reliability that Lincoln customers can depend on, this new model now comes with an 18 month parts and labor warranty. Lincoln’s exclusive, no cost optional “quiet” motor is the quietest operating countertop oven making it ideal for front of kitchen locations. Available in Electric and electric ventless models. The built-in catalysts in the ventless model are perfect for locations where a ventilation hood may not be available.
