2424 Lincoln Aperion®
High Aperion® production, small footprint.
The 2424 Aperion® Impinger Conveyor oven features a 24” wide belt and 24” cooking chamber.
Aperion® ovens are the first series of Lincoln ovens to feature independent top and bottom adjustable air flow making them Lincoln’s fastest ovens, reducing cook times by up to 30% versus traditional impingement ovens. Simply adjust the bottom and/or top air flow setting, and the oven responds immediately to optimize the culinary characteristics of any product.
Available in gas, electric, or electric ventless for countertop or free-standing applications, providing more capacity in a smaller footprint. Ventless models not only save time and money during installation but also provide operators with increased flexibility in choosing a location, as no ventilation hood is necessary [local codes prevail].
easyTouch® control offers 20 presets for one-touch operation and feature Eco mode to maintain oven temperature set point while minimizing energy consumption when the oven is not in use.
The industry-exclusive hinged, front-removable door allows for front removal of the conveyor, and universal, 2-piece fingers make the Aperion® the easiest-to-clean conveyor oven.
