Impinger I (1400 Series)
High-capacity ovens for maximum cooking performance.
The Impinger I series are high-capacity ovens that can be stacked two high for maximum cooking capacity. With a 32" (813mm) wide conveyor belt and 40" (1016mm) baking chamber, each oven can replace up to three full-size deck ovens simplifying the overall cooking process. The front-loading access door, complete with a glass window and cool-to-the-touch handle, allows for easy viewing and access to baking goods. The Impinger I is available in electric or gas.
The easy-to-read display panel controls temperature, belt speed and shows diagnostic messages for easy troubleshooting along with the ability to automatically lock out settings to prevent accidental changes.
Models available with exclusive FastBake Technology, which can significantly reduce cook time by as much as 15-30% without increasing noise levels or sacrificing product quality.

Variable Speed Continuous Cook Platform
Variable speed continuous cook platform moves product through the oven one after another improving product flow during cooking eliminating the need for constant tending resulting in reduced labor. |

Air Impingement
Air impingement uses hot air under pressure which surrounds food with small jets of hot air. This allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods – two to four times faster than conventional ovens depending on the food product cooked. |
