The Impinger II Express series of ovens offer the extra capacity and speed required for higher-volume applications. Featuring an 18" wide belt and 28" long baking chamber, this oven takes your productivity to the next level. It can be stacked up to three high for maximum output.
Impinger II Express units feature easyTouch® controls that are intuitive and user-friendly. These controls allow you to adjust belt direction, temperature, cook time, and save settings for future use. With the ability to display up to 8 pre-set recipes, operation is as simple as pressing a button.
Ventless models not only save time and money during installation but also provide operators with increased flexibility in choosing a location, as no ventilation hood is necessary [local codes prevail].
Models available with exclusive FastBake Technology, which can significantly reduce cook time by as much as 15-30% without increasing noise levels or sacrificing product quality.
