The Low Profile series delivers high-capacity conveyor baking in a compact design that can be stacked up to three high for maximum production. Triple-stacked, it offers incredible baking capacity and flexibility in a modest footprint. With a 32" conveyor belt, 40" baking chamber, and optional FastBake™ Technology, it delivers fast, consistent results while maximizing kitchen space.

Air Impingement
Air impingement uses hot air under pressure which surrounds food with small jets of hot air. This allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods – two to four times faster than conventional ovens depending on the food product cooked.

Uniform heating/cooking of food products offers a wide tolerance for rapid baking at a variety of temperatures.
Variable Speed Continuous Cook Platform
Variable speed continuous cook platform moves product through the oven one after another improving product flow during cooking eliminating the need for constant tending resulting in reduced labor.
FastBake™ Technology
Bake up to 35% faster than other conveyor ovens without increased noise levels or loss of product quality. Faster bake times improve time of service.
Temperature Control
Adjustable temperature from 250°F (121°C) to 600°F (315°C) to accommodate a wide range of products.
Conveyor Speed
Adjustable conveyor speed from 1 minute to 30 minutes cooking time for menu flexibility.
