The Aperion® 2024 is a space-saving conveyor oven with a 20” belt and 24” cooking chamber, delivering high output in a compact design. It features independent top and bottom airflow for faster cook times, multiple configuration options including gas, electric and ventless electric models.

Air Impingement
Air impingement uses hot air under pressure which surrounds food with small jets of hot air. This allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods – two to four times faster than conventional ovens depending on the food product cooked.
Uniform Heating
Uniform heating/cooking of food products offers a wide tolerance for rapid baking at a variety of temperatures.
Variable Speed Continuous Cook Platform
Variable speed continuous cook platform moves product through the oven one after another improving product flow during cooking eliminating the need for constant tending resulting in reduced labor.
Customize Air Flow
Independent adjustable top and bottom air flow ensures faster cook times while optimizing culinary characteristics of any menu item.
easyTouch® Controls
easyTouch® controls enable quick adjustment of belt direction, temperature, and cook time, with up to 20 customizable presets and an energy-saving Eco Mode for efficient, push-button operation.
Temperature Control
Adjustable temperature from 250°F (121°C) to 600°F (315°C) to accommodate a wide range of products.
Conveyor Speed
Adjustable conveyor speed from 20 seconds to 30 minutes cooking time for menu flexibility.
Utilities
Electric, ventless or gas models available.
Ventless Certification
KNLZ certification means no venting hood is required [local codes prevail].
Stackable
Can be stacked three high to maximize space efficiency in ventless and non-ventless operation.
Easy to Clean
Removable door and front-loading conveyor for easy cleaning.
Glass Access Door
Optional front loading glass access door with cool touch handle for expanded menu capabilities.
